We work with our property advisory partners to do all the searching and analysis for you, saving you time, frustration and confusion. Only recommended properties that satisfy your investment goals and objectives will be recommended to maximise your investment returns. The proposal will include the recommended development work required, such as renovation, subdivision, new house construction etc. to meet your investment goals.




We assist you with evaluating the proposal and will and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The proposal will include all expected project costs and forecast investment earnings.




Once you are happy to proceed, we work with our property advisory partners to ensure that a considered strategy is deployed to procure the property at the best possible price. We also ensure that the contract terms and conditions are optimal and that settlement periods are strategically negotiated to reduce holding costs during the construction phase.
